Today, I was working in the morning shift. When about to work, we all received an email from my manager, reg: meeting after work at 7pm and contents is about pay cuts….. The first thing come a cross my mind “how come you make announced on 1st April”. It’s really big gift for us.

As minutes ticked away, it times to face the world. The meeting is conducted by my manager and at first he explaining the fact could get this thing happens. But this is not our concern; our concern is:-
• How many percent pay cuts?
• Pay cuts last for how long?

Sad to announce that, our pay cuts will take effect on 1 June, range between 2.5 – 5% of basic salary. And the increment “No Hope”. I think whole EDS employees would be demotivated, even I heard that some of the staff already resign.
