ITIL course I have been waiting for long time. I already apply to attend this course two month ago, but the company’s learning centre has put me on the waiting list(pending status). On 12th May I received an email from learning centre said that I have enrolled to the ITIL foundation course. I was so excited …. At last I got a chance attend this course. ITIL is a 3 days course from 9am - 5 pm. The class was packed. ITIL got 2 disciplines & each discipline have 8 chapter, can you imaging that 16 chapter need to be done in 2½ days. Anyway, I manage to pass the exam, so now I’m ITIL Foundation Certified. Soon I'll get my certificate and the green pin.
